2025 Executive committee
The first P&C meeting and the AGM was held on Tuesday 11 February. Welcome to new and returning members.
We want to say a huge thank you to the outgoing president Luke Pendergast for leading the P&C so well for the past 3 years. Luke has stepped down from the President role but remains on the executive committee as the Vice President.

We are still looking for our next P&C president for the year. Are you our next leader?
The president responsibilities:
- Provide leadership & chair meetings
- Act as P&C spokesperson / representative
- Foster good communication between P&C, parents, school & community
- Be accountable for P&C committee
- Ensure association and any subcommittee compliance
- Prepare monthly report for meetings.

All parents and carers are welcome to attend the P&C meetings held in the school office twice a term. Come along to have your say in fundraising events and supporting the school. 6:30pm start.

Movie night – Save the Date FRIDAY 14 MARCH
Our first big fundraising event is coming up soon. Save the date for our popular Movie Night on Friday 14 March. More details to come about the movie and the food trucks. In the meantime, we need volunteers to help with organisation prior to the event and volunteering at the event. Here’s what is involved:
Term 1 events:
- Friday 14 February – Frozen Friday
- Friday 14 March – Movie Night
- Friday 28 March – Crazy Sock Day
P&C Street libraries have arrived!
The street libraries purchased by the P&C at the end of 2024 have now been beautifully decorated with our winning artistic drawings from students across the school. With a street library for Prep - Year 2, Year 3 & 4, and Year 5 & 6, there are books for everyone – in English and French. Start checking your home bookshelves for preloved books to swap!
Volunteers
The P&C organises a number of events throughout the year, including Bastille Day, Mothers and Fathers day stall, Colour fun run and more.
We always need extra hands to keep our P&C events and fundraisers running smoothly, so check out our recent Facebook post calling for volunteers. Even if you can only spare an hour or help with one activity, your time will make a world of difference. Come join the fun, make new friends, and help make a positive impact in our school community!
